The total amount returned to the client may vary depending on various circumstances including date of purchase, clarity of paper details, accuracy of a completed custom paper, and other conditions.

Every client has a right to request a refund:

• 1. Before the writer was assigned

• 1.1. During the period before the writer was assigned, the client has a right to get a full refund, excluding payment cancellation fee

• 1.2. In case of a double payment, Innovative Writing Assistance Agency is obligated to refund the second amount paid if the customer provides a scanned copy of the receipt from PayPal.
